Most people are one good conversation away from a better idea.
I ask the questions that make things click, then help build what comes next.

About
My name is Markus Green. I help people get clear on what they're actually building, and find a better version of it in the process: a product, a business model, or how a team works together. A background across UX, service design, marketing, and entrepreneurship means I can bring a broad perspective to spot possibilities that aren't always obvious from inside a project. Then, once the direction is right, I can help make it happen.
The hardest part of most projects isn't execution, though. It's alignment. Figuring out what the thing should be (and what to leave out), who it's for, and getting everyone pulling in the same direction. That's the work I find most interesting, and where I find my range is the biggest contribution.
Growth and curiosity are what keep me moving. I learn by doing: picking up new tools, testing ideas, following threads wherever they lead. With AI, that's looked like going from basic prompting to building full products. Brainstorming partner, content tool, e-commerce experiments, and eventually building small apps and full website projects with Claude Code.
I've worked remotely for years and it's genuinely how I do my best work. Focused, autonomous, deliberate about when and how to communicate. That said, I miss the in-person stuff: the occasional retreat, meeting up with colleagues, the things that video calls can't quite replace.
I'm especially drawn to companies working in mental health, wellbeing, or anywhere
the work genuinely matters to people. Native in English and German.
Currently based
in Nice, France, where my French covers bad puns but not quite a full working day.
Looking for the right team to join. Remote-first, with the occasional meetup very much welcome.
