Clarity, alignment, and meaningful work.
I help people and teams get clear on what they're actually building, and then make sure it gets done. With a background in UX, service design, and leading 120+ website projects end-to-end, I've spent years managing stakeholders, removing roadblocks, and keeping complex work on track.
The hardest part of most projects isn't execution, though. It's alignment. Figuring out what the thing should be, who it's for, and getting everyone pulling in the same direction. That's the work I find most interesting, and where I tend to make the biggest difference.
Growth and curiosity are what keep me moving. I learn by doing: picking up new tools, testing ideas, following threads wherever they lead. With AI, that's looked like going from basic prompting to building full products. Brainstorming partner, content tool, e-commerce experiments, small apps, and eventually building this site with Claude Code. Not because the technology is the point, but because each step opened up new ways of thinking and working.
I've worked remotely for years and it's genuinely how I do my best work. Focused, autonomous, deliberate about when and how to communicate. That said, I miss the in-person stuff: the occasional retreat, meeting up with colleagues, the things that video calls can't quite replace.
Currently based in France. Open to independent work, but what I'm really looking for is the right team to join. PM, programme management, and operations are the sweet spot. Fully remote, though the occasional team meetup is very much welcome.
