I'm a thought partner for people in transition.
You can be functioning fine and still feel that something is off. Just functioning instead of flourishing, but you know there is more. It usually starts with a different question than the one you've been asking. The conversations I find most interesting are the ones that surface what flourishing actually looks like for you, and where the next move might be.
I work with people in transition. Career pivots, identity shifts, relationships beginning, ending, or being rediscovered. Project decisions at a fork, "what's next" moments where the obvious answer doesn't quite fit. Not as a coach, not as a therapist. I listen carefully, ask the questions that are hard to ask yourself, and help you hear what you already know. When a framework or a different perspective helps, I bring it. When silence helps, I bring that instead.
Most of the time, you already know more than you think. The work is making it audible.
